Introduction
Creating a winning team is not easy, there are so many components, aligning, energizing, developing, supporting our teams are so important. All of these can happen only after we know the direction we are heading towards as a company, and the strategy or game plan that we have all agreed on.
One of the core ingredients is the bond that we share with our colleagues, Stronger Together is a team building program that deepens the level of bonding and relationship your team has with each other.
Key Objectives
This 2 days program is created with the intention of opening hearts and minds, to really get to know who are the people we are or will be working together with closely, and to create deeper bonds with our team members.
Target Audience
This program is designed for any core teams who currently or will work together closely in the near future. Whether it is a retreat for the decision makers of the company, the HODs, specific departments or business units, we support them to bond and be stronger together.
Not designed for teams that are currently dysfunctional, those interventions require a different set of design and processes, which is not the aim or purpose of this program.
Methodology
We use a blend of our latest learning technologies, including our phototherapy tools, art, dyad sharing, small group sharing sessions, coaching (if necessary), visualization, and group facilitation.

Closing
- We invite participants to recall the past 2 days we have spent together, and to visualize the future they want to create together, we wrap up with asking everyone to share “What is the 1 thing you want to bring into company after this session?”
